Won Body Won Life
Pain Free in 4 Months” with Maria || WBWL Ep 107
“I was skeptical of ALL pain relief programs”.
I think everyone in life should approach programs with a sense of skepticism.
You need to make sure it delivers the results you’re after.
You also need to make sure it’s worth your investment and time.
Meet Maria.
A 55 year old military advisor in Texas.
She struggled mightily for years with chronic neck & back pain that wouldn’t let up. She also had chronic knee pain to the point she could hardly squat or hold a baby pose.
After spending over 5K on various treatments, she was skeptical of most things.
She wanted something that was personable, kept her accountable, and gave her the tools to help herself vs being reliant on any one treatment ofr life.
After working with us, she’s been pain-free, lost 10 lbs, and has completely changed her habits and lifestyle.
She also has 0 neck and back pain and can now squat 250+ lbs, at age 55 to remind you!
She is a testament to what we love to help our clients nationwide with. Being pain free is priceless, and you can hear throughout this podcast how her consistency and willingness to re-distribute her time energy and resources has paid off.

So we go through a lot of topics that will allow people to be pain-free, but in the most holistic way. So I have the privilege to be interviewing one of our friends and one of our members that has recently graduated from our pain relief program, and her name is Maria. And I'm just very excited to be with her because I think every single person I think I can speak for, not just for myself, but many other people that were part of our program has said that Maria has been literally like a. Beacon of light. Even since Maria, you've been gone, people have been saying like, oh, we don't have that person that's constantly cheering us on anymore. But like I said, it's just very it's a privilege and a joy to be speaking with you again. So how are you doing today? I'm doing great. Let me start off by saying I'm, my name is Maria Lynn. And I live in Texas. My job duty is to stand a lot on my feet provide a service for the military within the com military community. I, my job criteria is pretty much a special service that I provide to the military, and I do stand a lot for long periods of time, and a lot of that time I'm constantly looking down. So this is where it brings me to your podcast and to. Many things that have succeeded in this po you know, with, with your team. And I would like to share it with everybody. Absolutely. Thank you so much for being here. So tell me, tell me first of all, like how you kind of found out about us our brand and then, yeah. Also the, the next question would be, you know, where, where were you health wise before joining our program? Well, I was I. I, I fund you guys on Facebook. It was not easy. I did my research. I was very skeptical and it was an investment, so I had to be very careful what I was doing. And I, I can see your post. I can see your family, your family kind of guy and a any, that was a big thing on my book, you know, I said, you know, this guy is not. You know, doing stuff. He's not supposed to. He's the guy. But it took me a little while. I was really skeptical, but I went for it. And where was I before I met you and your team? I was in a lot of pain, a lot of chronic pain. My life, my life revolved about my, you know, within my pain. Everything I did, I had to think about, well, it hurts here. Let me not do this. It hurts there. Let me not do that. So that was pretty much my life. Not enough sleep. I was uncomfortable all the time while I was moving and my body was warm. It was fine, but on the other days, when it was time to go to bed or when it was time to eat, I can feel my shoulders a tension. And that's where I was before I met you guys. Hmm. Yeah. And I mean, you, you came in obviously with a, a, a myriad of, of different ailments. Which one of those seemed to be like the most I guess disabling or the, the one that kind of impacted you the most? I had really two, but the most main one was I had shoulder and back pain. I remember sitting at. The table with my husband and constantly like this, I couldn't bring him down no matter what I did. It was, I was constantly like this. And there was that shoulder where, where the shoulder meets the shoulder blade. It was a pain no matter what. I sometimes felt like I had to throw myself on the floor. I hit it hard, so I couldn't, I don't know, remove something, but I couldn't shake it off. And I, I was with that pain for three years. I went to, you know, meso, meuse, I went to a chiropractor, I did acupuncture. I, I spent a lot of money and nothing, nothing. So I said, you know what, what? I got to lose the pain. Didn't let me go to sleep. I wasn't happy anymore. I was constantly grouchy. So I said, no more. I have to change it. So this is where I took the step. Yeah. How, and what, how, how frequent were you doing some of the other treatments for, and I. Just cost-wise, what, what did you kind of spend over the past three years? I spent more than about$5,000 over the three years, and that's without counting the ones that I thought it was. Kind of like a Mother's day that I would ask for Valentine's Day just to try. But I will go about three times a session and a, you know, in a month, about three times. And, and sometimes I will go to get the massages. I'll go maybe three, four times in a month, but. I, it was a relief for period of time, maybe for about two weeks, and it was back again. And I can catch myself even at the middle of the night when I had to use the restroom. I can catch myself. I gotta let it go. So I, I would notice it was just so obvious already. Mm-hmm. Yeah. That's, that, that's how much it was. Yeah. And it, it, it started occurring three years ago. So what. Was in your life that kind of caused the pain in the first place three years ago? Well, a constantly thing that I always did, it was, you know, my, my job, I, I would come home tired, so I would just sit in that sofa, you know, or sometimes I would just hurry up and eat and I was, it was late. I would go home, come home about eight, nine o'clock, super tired. I would take a quick shower. I would eat everything quick. So I would sit in that sofa for a long time. So there was. I was not adding anything else to my body'cause I was so exhausted. My legs hurt. Everything hurt. So I didn't wanna do anything and, and every time something hurts, like my legs or my back, I would just sit and I wouldn't do anything else. So that was pretty much my life, my life, the way it went. You know, I wouldn't eat right. I will eat all the fast food, all the fried food, and. I kept gaining weight. I couldn't just, I couldn't shake it off. It was just there, I was living around my pain. I was living about the, the tiredness, the issues, but I wouldn't do anything about it because nothing else work that I thought might work. Hmm. What were, what were some of the, I guess, emotions and, and thoughts about your current situation back in the day? The fact of. You seeking out fast foods living kind of like a very high stress life, not exercising as much as you know, that you should kind of seem seemingly like running on mt. So at that current place, place, let's say, you know, rewind six, seven months ago, before you started working with us, what was coming to your emotional state at that time? Well I didn't wanna do anything. I didn't have that. I don't know that stamina to do something or accomplish things, you know, I was in a state of, oh my God, I'm tired and I gotta go home and cook. I was being negative about all, everything that I used to do. I try not to bring it home, but it was hard. I was into the point where, you know what I, why would I wanna go walk if I'm still gonna feel down, or I will try to indulge myself eating late at night just to make me feel good. And that wasn't helping. And, and I noticed that it was rubbing on the people around me and I didn't want that, you know, so, and I, and I could hear a lot of negative stuff coming outta my mouth and I said, you know what? This is not me. I gotta shake it off. I have to shake it off. So I started looking, I started learning more, you know, habits and, and things that I can do until I saw your page and all the questions that I had, they were right there. So I says, you know what this is, I'm gonna take that chance. And that's. How I started changing because I was already, I was weighing 176 almost pounds. I'm only, I'm a little person. I'm five one, you know, so maybe five, you know.'cause, you know as you get older, I am 55 years old, right. And I have a lot in my plate. I, I, I, I'm the housewife. I cook, I clean, I come home from work. No matter what time I get home from work, I'm cooking. So I really didn't take any time for myself. So I was neglecting the time for myself, giving the time to everybody else that needed help except for me. Do you feel like that's just you or do you feel like that's a common narrative amongst many moms and No, that happens to a lot of the moms. I talk to a lot of women. I, I work in an environment where I meet a lot of military women and and, and, and I'm a social person, so I like to talk to everybody. I like to learn from other people. So I first thought it was just me that I was going crazy or that was just me being, you know, lazy and all kinds of names that I can call upon, which I'm not gonna call no more'cause I'm not there anymore. But I noticed it, it is a common thing and, and, and a lot of people don't talk about it, and that's a big problem too. So it is a common thing. Do you find that, that's why I, I don't wanna allude to it, but do you feel like that's a reason why some people are kind of feel like they're suffering alone or they feel like this invisible, you know, pain is quite invisible. Sometimes it's more external when you see it in people's faces, but do you find that do you find that, that that's a reason why so many people suffer in chronic pain, is because they feel like they're kind of treading alone in this journey? I think so, I think we all need somebody. I don't care how strong you are, even the bodybuilders that look hot, they need, they need a coach. So honestly, I think we need that, that person without judging us, without looking at the negative part, just giving us that boost or that confidence. That we can do it. You know, a lot of the people, I hear that, I talk to them about it. They're like, oh no, that's just getting old. And not just, and I'm like, no, that's not true. I've seen, I've seen all the people that are like 80 and they still running, you know, so it's not true. But the mentality of what we've heard through the years kind of puts us in this place. Oh no, we just old. That happens with you'cause you get old. No. A lot of things that we can change that can make our lives better. And mobility could be, you know, better for us if we were to just start listening and looking for help. I was one of those people I wouldn't ask for help. Oh, I read. Oh, I see. I know it all. I didn't. I didn't because even when I started with you, I said, this is not gonna do nothing. But since I'm investing in this and it's for me, I'm just gonna follow for once in my lifetime the rules. And that's what I did. Yeah. And we, we really commend you for you putting in the work. You, you mentioned something around before you started working with us, you were living kind of like a more negative lifestyle. You were mm-hmm. Feeling more like a negative Nancy, even though that's not who you are. Right. And my next question is for some of the treatments that you were seeking out. Why do you feel like none of it really stuck long-term with you? And why do you feel like none of it really brought more long-term results? I guess it, it didn't stuck to me because I didn't understand certain things that I needed to understand, like consistency. Okay. Like adapting to something new. Mm-hmm. Like instead of. Everything that comes my way thinking that I know it all, giving it a chance, you know, giving it that, that probability that yes, this one is gonna help, but I used to just go and since I didn't see that fast result, I would just quit it. And I feel that it took a long time for us to be where we are with our bodies with pain. You know, it's gonna take, it's gonna take long before we can see. The whole bulletproof vest that we can become a superhero, you know? Mm-hmm. So it's gonna take time. So I decided to breathe and slow down and accept that we need to focus and we need to be persistent and dedicate ourselves to something that we really want for ourselves that can make us better mentally, physically, and emotionally. Hmm. I love that. The two words that you said in the beginning are words that I've said on many different podcast episodes even on YouTube. Very first word is consistency, which I, I preach that really hard. Yeah. To everybody in the program around. Nothing really, really matters. It doesn't matter about, it doesn't matter about form and technique. It doesn't matter about, you know, the, the nutritive protocols that we can provide. It's not a matter of even good progressive models, right around intensity and volume, which is something that we've said to you at the end of the day, none of that really matters without you being brutally consistent. So. I find that why we have such a successful program and why our clients are so successful is because we preach that more than anything. And yes, I know that, that you can go on social media and you can go to many places and everybody is like, yeah. It's like, you know, they, they, theyre, everyone's all about, yeah, you gotta, you gotta practice what you preach. You gotta be consistent, but, mm-hmm. I don't think it really. Hits home with you, either one, unless you've hit like rock bottom and now you have to be consistent. Mm-hmm. Or two, unless you've actually invested time, energy, and even Yeah. Financial resources in order to make sure that you actually do it right. Mm-hmm. Yeah, I mean, so yes, you, you, you came a long way, obviously. And why do you feel like you weren't as consistent as you were compared to like, when you were like really involved in the program? I wasn't as consistent because I would just say, okay, they gave me that, do it, and I would just do it, and then I'll fall the wa I will fall off the wagon, start something new and, and it wouldn't work for me. And the reason was these, the big part of understanding, first of all, understanding why do you really wanna do it? Understanding that this is an investment. Having a support. You need support. If you don't have any support, somebody that she or you on, you know, you need that, you need that. Those things kind of like, you know, it makes sense. You know, we had. When I joined, you know, your group, there was a community, there was a support, but it was, it was different than other, other things that I've joined.'cause I joined a kind of weight loss program or drink this or do this and I always fall off the wagon, but I. The consistency and remembering and says, okay, this is gonna add to this. This is gonna bring you, you know, closer to your goals. Why is this gonna happen? It's understanding, it's a big thing. Understanding why you're doing it, what they do, what are the things that are gonna, you know, compliment those things. It's not just go do you know, a hundred sit up and you're gonna lose weight. How are you gonna get there? You know, a lot of these places or they tell you, so do this, a hundred sits a hundred this. But what happens to body muscle? Understanding that. So understanding how you're gonna get where you wanna get, but what are the things that are, it's kind of like an octopus. Octopus has the head, right? But if it doesn't have the tentacles, how is it gonna move? So the tentacles provide all the information that you need for this, for that to this, to make that whole brain move. Where it is. So to me it's understanding where you going and how you gonna get there. Mm. If you don't know that it's not gonna work. Yeah. So two things. One is having clear direction, mm-hmm. Which is, you, you, you, you had a program that you got evaluated. You got assessed. We looked at your movement and then therefore. You kind of had clear, very concerted direction on, you know, if I do A, this will yield B. Right? That's right. And if I do B will yield C. And seems like maybe some other stuff that you have tried there wasn't always like that. You know, that that clear picture of like, if I do A, there's B because. You know, if you get manual therapy, for example, and nothing wrong with manual therapy, but if you just kind of get that in isolation, then there's really no B at all. It's really just, oh, your B is come back and see me next month. Mm-hmm. Or come back and see me next week. So, and the other thing that you, you mentioned that it's a little, it was a little bit less concise on what you said, but shiny, shiny object syndrome. I'm not sure if you are familiar with what that is, but I used to have that too, especially. When I was growing my physical therapy practice there was a lot of people out there promising that they can help you to grow your physical therapy practice or grow your coaching business. And so you would try things. I've had various mentors, some of them good, some of them bad, and in the same fashion as you, Maria, you know, you've had good mentors and not so good mentors, right? But shiny object is like, yeah, when you, when you are searching for a solution, but you see then that. Maybe the results didn't come as quickly as you wanted it to, so then you're kind of looking for the next best thing, right? And then you're looking for the next best thing. And then none of it really creates any consistency at all because you're really just looking for what is the next kind of like program? Mm-hmm. Or what's, what's the next coaching thing that I can kind of invest in without really sticking to, you know, a long-term plan. So question here is I really hope that you know our program. It would hopefully be like the last thing that you kind of need long term. Mm-hmm. So that you can get stronger on your own. But what kind of made this, what kind of made this feel like this would be like the last thing that you ever need? What kind of tools do you feel like you are that, what kind of tools do you know right now where you can kind of guarantee like, oh, I can just kind of rely on myself now? Okay. How would I say that? How about you phrase that in a different way so I can more understand what you're trying to say. What is the, what are like maybe two to three tools that you've learned from us, which makes you feel more of a guarantee that you don't have to seek out another coaching program? Like what kind of tools are those? So the tools I would say that I found here, three of them. One of them would be the way they costume, they costume, the, your workouts, you know, according to your persona, according to, you know, what's going on with your body. A second tool is showing up, showing up for meetings that we had on the web, you know, communicating, hearing other people talk about. What they going through.'cause a pain that I had today, I may not remember. I still have it, but I don't remember. And somebody might say, and I say, oh, that's what I have. And it kind of gives you an open consciousness, okay, this is where it's going and that I can always relay back and you can always, you know, kind of mold my program towards my, my faith. Another one is the communication. The communication, the community support. You know, the, the different outcomes in different people, how you can relate or put'em together. And another thing was, which it was hard for me to do, oh my gosh. It was jotting down what you do. Mm-hmm. Reporting everything that you eat, everything that you do so you can see what you was before and what is after. Hmm. And that was the big one thing that I can say that I would've wished from the get go I would've done, which I'm doing now, and I am advancing more faster than what it was when I was in your program, because I was so, I don't know. I was kind of like, I know everything. I know everything, but I don't know everything. Yeah. Even though I've learned so much from everybody and I like to learn from people, I'm still learning. Yeah, absolutely. Yeah. The, the fourth one that you mentioned was really critical around jotting down, or Yeah. Measuring your results. And it's not just in your head measuring results because that can Right. You know, you, you could have a poor day of sleep and not remember how many squats you did the next day, right? Yeah. So being able to log down whether it's like your nutrition or log down the exact sets, reps, and weight that you do, allows you to have more clear and concise. Decision making Absolutely. For the next workout. So you are progressing that specific exercise consistently. Mm-hmm. And I believe, if I'm not mistaken, you know, one of your biggest wins that you shared with us that we always keep hitting on, like what you were hitting a certain squat weight right? After having a lot of chronic knee pain. Like what? You know what, what, what big PR did you hit? Two 50. Oh, you're hitting two 50 now. Okay. Yeah. So I remember that I couldn't squat I couldn't even do a baby post because I could feel the, it was like my feet were like super swollen. I. And at the same time, there was really no mobility. All I do in my job is stand up straight, do what I need to do, look down, do what I need to finish and move to the next job. But that's what I do. And sometimes I spend eight hours in one spot doing the same thing. So I'll come home and sit down, no mobility. I will sit down. There goes my, my hips, my legs. And then once again, all my tables, I'm a little person. My feet hang. So that's not good for me'cause I'm not even touching the floor. But now let me tell you, I can tell you I can even do like a froggy, I can even some of my job in a, some part of my job criteria, I have to bend down. Mm-hmm. And now it's so easy to bend down and come back up. Before I had to strain myself and I said, oh my God, I hope nobody's looking. Am I really gonna get up? That now I can do it. I can do it. Yeah. That's amazing. So going from squatting, not even your body weight and your knees were hurting, and even just holding a baby pose was tough to lifting. Now a 250 pound squat. That's right. Yeah. 85. Mm-hmm. So what does that say for anybody that feels like. Is a factor, right? Yeah. I, I, I will say, Hey, you, if I can do it, you can do it. And I have a busy, busy, busy schedule, but I decided, hey, if I'm walking from my, from one room to the end of the other room, guess what? I'm gonna do some squatting, I'm gonna do some leg, you know, some launches. Right? That's how you say it. Yep. And, and that's, and every moment I try to use my time. What I can do, like right now, I'm right here with you. I'm at a pocket of course, but I have my little weights right here, so, so I can make sure that when I getting something, I'll lift, you know? Yeah. So you can keep busy, but you can do it little at a time. Strike little at a time. A lot of people wanna start strong. They wanna do. I don't know. Start soft. That's what I like about your program. You started soft and I said, oh, I want it. This is really gonna work. But it did work and I love it because it went from, from lightweight to stronger and stronger. And I didn't start off right away with weights. It just getting my body ready. It was like conditioning my body. It's like when you, when you say, okay, I'm gonna wash my hair. Let me, we it first. Okay, now I'm gonna wash it. Okay, now I'm gonna condition it. So pretty much that's how the whole process went and it went smooth and I loved it. So you feel that, you feel, honestly,'cause you, you came in with a little bit of workout experience. Do you find that anybody that is looking for a solution that whether they're intermediate or more advanced weightlifter, or even if like, let's say they're beginner, that it would be appropriate for most levels? I would say yes. I would say it would be appropriate for. I think for other levels really. Even though I used to, I have knowledge of working out and lifting weights, I was, my body was very tight in every way, in every aspect. I, my mobility was, you know, so and I, and I meet some friends that I talk to that they bodybuilders and their mobility not so good. Mm-hmm. So to me, the program is perfect no matter how bad the condition is because I've, I've seen the community and we have a lot of people that have gone through a lot of changes. Mm-hmm. And they're lifting weights now, and, and I'm so proud of them. So I, to me, I, to me it is for every level. Every level. Yeah. Any, not, not to name anybody.'cause we don't wanna, you know. Right. Just, just for, for privacy sake, but was there anybody that you can describe in particular that you either were, they were your accountability partner, or it's somebody that you felt like just as proud as you were of yourself, that you were just as proud as them? Yes. Oh, I met a couple of them. We had a really, well while I was, before I graduated the group, we had a big group and we had a lot of, a lot of community members. I. That's, I can see they started off, nah, negative, but I, I saw the positivity on them and I even show somebody, so one of our girls show the muscles how they getting there, the muscles going on, you know, so they're excited because they're moving forward. Even the people that said, oh no, I can't do it, or that said a lot of negative stuff, they're not talking negative anymore. And I see that in all of'em said to me. All the girls, all the people that are now, it's like a big win to everybody.'cause I can see everybody putting it in the community shot, oh, today I did this. Oh, today I broke my record. You know, so to me, everybody different levels, I think everybody's really positive about what they're going through here. Mm-hmm. Yeah. We, we, we clearly have a lot of our clients are, are female, but we do have a couple select males that are in the program that. Just as good of results. I know that there was one in particular that started around the same time as you, and you know, it went from chronic knee and low back and sciatica pain and, you know, lost at least 20 plus pounds. His A1C levels went down. Yeah. His doctors are saying like, he's no longer full-blown diabetes. He's more like pre-diabetic and mm-hmm. Continues to lower his A1C. So his diabetes is, well not even managed, but like, we're almost completely reversing it. And I saw changes in you too around once he starts to track your nutrition, get your protein up. We started to see pretty big changes with like the weight loss. Obviously we started to see you, you know, progress the weight extremely at, at, at an extremely high level. And that's why I think that that's why, you know, you deserve the spot, you know, on you deserve the spotlight, you know, for, for today. There was one thing that you wanted to share with the group or anybody that's listening right now, and I guess the word is skepticism, right? Or mm-hmm. And another light to, to, to flip the script. It, it's trust. Trust is something that I. Really value with our clients. I do value also something called a therapeutic alliance, which is when you can trust your practitioner you trust that they have the best intentions, you trust that they're not just doing it for their job that it increase. The pos, it increases a positive outcome by about 50% according to research. Mm-hmm. Versus, you know, you just came into your doctor at a, at a clinic and you just see that they're kind of doing further job. You're seeing like a local, you're just getting like your annual screen you don't think much of it. Right. And usually changes don't happen for that person. So question here is you, you clearly have tried a lot. You spend over 5K in a three year spend prior to joining us. Mm-hmm. And then investing. Almost just as much amount as as that into a few month program. Why did you decide to take that leap? You know, we spend all kinds of money besides those mentioned, but if I can go to McDonald's, spend that money, if I can go and drink some alcohol, which is no good for you, if I can go and buy a bunch of clothing that is still sitting in the closet, I said, you know what? Inviting my friends to eat, paying their food. I said, let me invest one thing. And you know what's funny? It was my secret. I invested that one thing for me and I said, if I don't do it this time, it's my fault. It's my fault because look where I'm going. If I don't hurry up and make a change, my mother's diabetic. My mother died of colon cancer. My father's diabetic, pretty much, my family has chronic pain. My sister has all kinds of problems, and I says, you know what? I better do something.'cause soon I'm gonna be one of them and I don't want to, I wanna be able to live for me and for my husband. So I said, this is where I gotta do the decision and I am here. So I, I am. I am thankful. I am thankful that I met you and that you are a health aholic because you are contagious. So I'm I. Thank you for that. For the Truly for my heart. Yeah. I appreciate that the health aholic word is a, it's an understatement because I continue to, yeah. I'm, I'm constantly in the gym, constantly lifting my kids up and down, using them as dumbbells. They don't even know it, but I'm just, I'm just utilizing their small little bodies. Yeah. Dumbbells. Word, word that comes to mind that I want to hit on probably in another episode is redistribution, right. So redistribution in my eye is redistribution of your time. Redistribution of your energy. Yes. Redistribution of your, your resources towards things that truly matter and truly instant needle forward in your life at some point. So let's say for example, you know, you see this investment on, let's say it's Airbnb or some sort of like. Some sort of thing for side hustle. So we're talking about finances. And so if you see that there is a direct ROI, right? You're like, okay, if I give, if I put a thousand dollars into this thing, it's gonna give me$3,000, which, what person in the world if you can guarantee that would, would not take that, right? Because clearly I give you$1, Maria, you gimme$3, duh, I'm gonna do that all day, right? And so, so that's the redistribution, right? Because you could be spending money on, like I said, alcohol. Clothing that you don't wear gym memberships that you're not using. Yeah, that's right. Fast food that you're eating on a weekly basis.'cause your body's stressed out and you know, you just wanna sit there. You, you look at your bills and you're like, oh shoot, I already spent like 800 to a thousand dollars this month on. That's right, yeah. Stuff that is either not into Neo Forward or it's just completely useless and you decided, hey, I'm going to. Redistribute some of these, my finances towards doing a four figure program like this, right? And so you can see that after four months, it's, it's, it's radically transformed the way that you, that you appear to other people. It's re it's, your quality of life is better. And so now, the next four months, the next eight months, the next 12 months, the next couple years are now brighter. They are pain free. And now you're making better decisions around. That's okay. I shouldn't eat. Yeah. I shouldn't seek out the fast food or I shouldn't, I shouldn't wear this type of clothing. Right. So the in anyways, the redistribution of energy and time and resources is something I think really people don't understand because so many people say, I'm time strapped. Okay, well, if you redistribute that time towards working out more, maybe you become more efficient. You are, have more energy. So you don't spend, you know, two hours napping, you know, napping and. You know what I mean? So like your, your body and your energy levels dra dramatically improve because you decided to redistribute your energy towards something that really matters. Right. So I don't know if any of that kind of hits home Maria, but it does. It does. You get in a nutshell. Yeah, it does. I have ever since I started and I, and I graduated, now I sit down and I focus and I said, you know, I did this, that. Not only that, my, my stamina, my wanna do things, my possibility of things that I can do have come to a light. And I had this, a bunch of paperwork and, and I had all kinds of things that I needed to do that I've been saying for years. I'm gonna do it, I'm gonna do it. And he kept sitting in that corner. And I have lost some weight. I was at 175, maybe 77, and now I'm at 1 67. And, and, and not even trying, but it's just what I've learned. I didn't know that protein was such a big factor. Ever since I put protein in in my diet, I'm losing the weight and I'm like, wait a minute, now I'm losing the inches. I used to have a round face. Now I have a less of a round face, but it give me motivation. You know, and it gives me something for the, my whole, my whole way of thinking changed. I make it to church now. When I was, oh no, I gotta, I can, I'm so tired, I'm not gonna go. And I go every Sunday, you know, I have changed a lot of stuff. I'm walking every morning before I was like, yeah, I'm gonna get up Allina. And now it's like, wait a minute, brush my teeth, let me check the weight, let me get walking. So I do the walking in the morning, and then in the afternoon I go and I do my little weight. Sessions. So it has changed the way I think. It has changed my life from pain to power, you know, from limited to no limitations, you know? So I love it. I love it. It's helped a lot. Mentally, physically, again, you know, I, I, it's hard for me to describe. I can cry and I would cry, and that's how much I can describe of it. But it was the best investment, the best investment I made in my life. And I would say to anybody to take that chance, not to be afraid. I would take it if I had to do it all over again. This time I'll do a step by step without missing one step, adding down my stuff. Yeah, it's all everybody. In hindsight, kind of be perf picture perfect from day one. And the reality is that 99% of people, in order to do something more dramatic for your health, which is like we talk about, what we talk about a lot in our program, is you can't just wing it. You can't just, that's it, be in and out. You can't just be again, tiny object going from one place to another. It's like you have to be. 100, you know, 1000% committed to the process. And if you're not, then you're not a good fit. Right. But you know, I, I obviously everybody that comes into the program who they, they got into the program and they wanted to do the program because their lifestyle, I. Was not the most conducive Right. For their health and their quality of life. Right? And so you just let you know, Maria if you're guilt tripping yourself about it, there's nobody in the program at all that just starts off absolutely on fire from day one, even though like you were pretty damn close to it, right? Yeah. Yeah. So don't, don't worry about that. My last thing for my last thing here is obviously if, if anybody wants to. What would, what would be those words either in one, two, or even three sentences? Well, I would say invest in yourself and remember that this is not about losing weight. This is not about. Looking cute yesterday or tomorrow, and then the next day you hurting again. This is about investing in your body, in your mobility for life. You know, not just temporary for every moment and every minute. A lot of us like to take the highway quick, make it short, it's not gonna work. Trust me, I've done all that. It doesn't work. The pills, this, that, that's temporary. You need some. You need a solution for life guarantee for yourself, and this is the way to go and this is the real thing. You're not gonna waste your time.
